When they finally show it to him, Duncan MacLeod gets Duncan Macleod, but only because one of the questions is "Is your name Duncan MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod?"

(Look, with most of the other powerful famous immortals, you know it will take at least a little effort and subtlety to figure out which one they are. But if it's Duncan MacLeod, you just have to ask one question.)
