Profiles not working?

Can other people not view other people's profiles? When I'm logged in, it just redirects to my own profile, and if I'm not logged in, I'm redirected to the DW homepage. I would report this as a bug but I just realized I'm not sure where I'd do that?

PS: Hope this is the kind of thing we post here, unfortunately I couldn't go to the comm profile to check...
