I think I'm the main one I'm thinking of, Jack and his crew were IRS (or something similar, they were a lot more swashbuckling than the usual IRS) and Norrington and his crew were the British equivalent, and Will and Elizabeth were hapless hackers who got recruited into their teamup op, and it ended with basically an orgy. :D

I think there might have been another one posting around the same time where Jack was some sort of forensic accountant living a boring life (except for surfing?), and both the Jack/Will and the reincarnation were at lot more foregrounded.

I may be mix and matching bits and pieces, or they may have both been the same story, though. I would be happy to find either one again!
