I've compiled some recent fandom-centric meta discussion that I've had over on Mastodon, and I'd love it if you had a look and talked about your own experiences or ideas. Some topics covered: adults in fandom, decline of LJ/DW communities, how to find good fanfic, Tumblr fen on DW, Tumblr etiquette vs DW etiquette. (It sounds like a massive post, but since it's a compilation of short toots, it's not THAT big.)

Hugo Nomination Resources

Nominations for hte Hugo Awards recently opened and I've rounded up some resources over at my journal. I know the process can be a bit confusing, especially for 1st time nominators and I want to make sure everyone knows that resources are out there.

I've never heard of her before, but apparently the reason she's been so sick is that her (soon-to-be-ex-)husband was tainting her food.  And is now suing her for ownership of her copyrights and getting people to spread rumors about her.
