You know, heat wave, no ACs, everything's sticky and gross, it's too hot to do anything except sit on the porch with a lemonade, let me check you for ticks, nobody can wear shirts in this, skinnydipping in the crick just to cool down, we've been having waking fever dreams for days, it's too humid to want to touch another human being except maybe you do, fic?

My best guess at an explanation is the Blanket Scenario, AKA Cuddling For Warmth: Kinda hard to do when it's 90°F/30°C!

All the more reason for me to try and entice someone into running Summer of the 69 next year, I suppose. I shoulda just gone for it this year, spoons be damned...
