The characters in your favorite fandom are playing paintball/laser tag/snow forts/canonical equivalent. What happens? Who is the last one standing? Who goes absolutely feral? Who tries to subvert the rules? Who recruits people into an alliance or subverts people from the other team? Who commits a horrible betrayal? Who is secretly a terrifying hidden sniper from the shadows? Who plays for maximum drama instead of for victory?

Well, to some degree RWBY did it, first with the food fight in the second season, again in the third season, and then again in the seventh, which proves that when they're on their game, there's no beating team RWBY or JNPR (or JN_R) at anything resembling a fair fight.

Which would mean it would have to be epic paintball, RWBY vs. JNQR. Ruby and Ren are sitting back, playing sniper duel with each other, while Yang and Nora go at each other with a vengeance, not really particularly caring if they actually hit each other or if they get hit. Everyone else lets them be until they work it out of their systems.

Bkake and Weiss are holding their own against Qrow, but just barely, as Qrow keeps pulling new trucks out of his bag to keep them off-balance. Which leaves Jaune to do what he does best - get out of the way and strategize.

Team RWBY wins, eventually, because you can't touch Ruby when she gets going, but the twist is that Ruby stole the JNQR flag right at the beginning with her Semblance and then, with the pressure off, is just having fun.
